Diet for a New America

  • Focus on one thing at a time. Everything we do is based on habits. If you’ve got to get into the habit of eating great and exercising daily, you run a risk of getting overwhelmed when you’re not seeing results.
  • Snack between meals - starving yourself for 6 or 7 hours at a time between lunch and dinner means you will overeat at dinner.
  • If you are hungry between meals, try eating a small portion of food that is high in protein. It can be more effective to eat one piece of cheese, some yogurt or nuts than to eat bread or crackers or other snack foods.
