Need Professional Business-Oriented Marketing Copywriter for web site

We are an Austin-based non-profit professional association seeking a professional copywriter for our web site overhaul. We tried elance and others and could not find the right mix of talent, ability and price. If you can write compelling marketing copy (or better yet improve what we have) we’d like to speak with you.
Please submit:
1. Writing samples or web site samples of your web site copy/marketing work.
2. What you would charge “per page” (easiest way for us to compare)
3. Your copy-writing “philosophy”
4. Anything else?We have several extensive “profiles” of our target member which should be enough to find the voice
