RFP and Grant Writer

Company selling sophisticated mobile communications facilties to public entities such as cities, police departments, fire departments, states, and to private corporationss such as developers and emergency prone companies NEEDS a capable, personable individual who can respond quickly and articulately to Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Grant Applications. Compensation will be related to experience and success in past writing of this nature and may be structured on hourly alone or on hourly plus success fee. Please name specific preferences regarding compensation and identify examples of RFP and/or Grant Apps done.
