Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Documentation: making entries into daily log; completing forms and reports as directed by the Team Leader and Program Manager.
• Personal Care: bathing and dressing our residents who require assistance with hygiene and grooming light housekeepping and laundry.
• Medical: Medication supervision, accompanying and assisting residents to medical appointments, acting immediately in the case of a medical emergency.
• Activities: running regular activities from Activities Calendar.

Experience/Training

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma
• 1-2 years experience working with individuals who are elderly,and disabled
Must be familiar with the routines and duties required for working in the group home or personal care home setting.
• Must have current CPR/1st Aid certification (Will Assist). Clean criminal background
• A recent Physical Examination and PPD placement.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
