Part-Time Accounting Job Offer
A leading global credit card company has an urgent need for two (2) VP-level Compensation Analysts. These positions have extremely high visibility and exposure across all business units.
Please do not apply if you don’t meet these very strict job requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience with most of it coming from a very large and prestigious financial services firm
- Experience with significant comp initiatives, year-end bonuses, sales/incentive plan design, and performance and rewards management
- Familiarity with Black-Sholes and equity valuation
- Expert-level Excel and Access skills; PeopleSoft familiarity preferred as well
- Ability and desire to drive results in a very fast-paced and aggressive environment
- Degree from an Ivy League school preferred
