Saturday’s Weight Loss Tips

  • Don’t diet, it won’t last. Instead get up and go get more exercise. And, keep a food diary with full daily calorie calculations. Write down everything.
  • Derive your self worth from something other than a number on a scale and instead gift yourself a body that will function well to serve your life’s goals.
  • Tell people around you what you’re doing. This will keep you motivated to continue.
  • Cut wheat-flour based products out of your diet. Wheat is surprisingly easy to replace with rice, oats and more vegetables.
  • If you’re a stress eater, try sunflower or pumpkin seeds. Lots of chewing, not many calories.
